Rock Chalk Revue

The University of Kansas is home to not only one of the best basketball teams in the country but also home to Rock Chalk Revue, one of the largest student-run philanthropies in the country. Rock Chalk Revue is an annual show in which student organizations write, produce, and perform original musical productions. Students work all year until performing in the Spring in KU’s Lied Center. The Revue annually contributes over 2,500 hours of community service to the Lawrence community and has raised over $1.5 million for local charities since inception. Our current Lawrence based beneficiaries include The Willow Center, a domestic violence shelter, and the Dream Maker Fund, a foundation built to support KU students in need. In recent years, the show has started to ramp up its donation goal because, even after the show is over, giving back to our community is our number one goal. In order to do this, we need the help of strong businesses and individuals to sponsor and donate to the show! This year has been a challenge for many individuals, especially those we aim to support, so now more than ever we need your help. We look forward to seeing you and our talented students at the show in the Spring, and thank you for joining us in giving back to the Lawrence community!
